Placing an Order:
How do I place my order?
You must book your appointment before ordering your item(s) to secure the timeslot that works best for you. After booking your pickup appointment, head to the Order tab to purchase your item(s).
Shipping/Delivery:
Do you ship orders?
As of right now, I do not ship orders.How do I receive my order?
Orders will need to be picked up in Newark, DE, on Kirkwood Highway.I’m unable to pick up, do you deliver?
I cannot deliver orders yet, but will begin delivering orders for an additional fee throughout Delaware in May 2025.
Refunds:
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be issued unless you give me 24 hours' notice of needing to cancel your order. I have to prepare orders ahead of time, which takes up time that could be spent preparing and fulfilling another order.
Custom Orders:
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I can make custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries not listed on my menu.Do I need to give extra notice for a custom order?
Yes. Please place your order at least 2 weeks ahead of when you will be picking up.How do I place a custom order?

Once I review your request, I will either confirm your order and provide a price or I will direct you to another bakery I feel would better fit your request.How do I pay for my custom order?
Custom orders must be paid for using either Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
